CHINESE METHOD OF REFLEXOLOGY

MASTER CLASS 1

Enjoy, experience and learn the ancient art of Chinese Reflexology in the beautiful surroundings of Alternative Spain in the lovely villa Casa Sonada (Dream Life).

This course is designed for both novices and professional therapists who want to learn and develop their skills in Reflexology. Time is available for quiet meditation in the garden, swimming in the pool and walking in the mountains. During your stay a healthy menu of local food is provided, with visits to selective restaurants for your enjoyment.

This week-long learning course holiday, held at our relaxing Spanish mountain retreat, will give you comprehensive insight, practical experience and formal training in the following disciplines:

Relationship to Traditional Chinese Medicine

Combination of Western and Chinese Reflexology

Theory of Reflection

Foot map and sequence

Reflexology Techniques

Eight points of attention

Preparation for Treatment


Course Itinerary

Day 1. You will be met on arrival for the short journey to the centre, followed by introduction to your tutors and outline of the course. Dinner out.

Day 2. 8.30 Greet the Day exercise or short mountain walk. 9.15 Breakfast. 9.45 Theory. 1pm Lunch. 3 - 4pm Practical session. Time for reflection. Dinner

Day 3. Greet the Day exercise or short mountain walk. 9.15 Breakfast. 9.45 Practical techniques. 1pm Lunch. 3 - 4pm Practical application of techniques. Dinner out.

Day 4. Greet the Day exercise. 9.15 Breakfast. 9.45 Practical application of techniques, followed by an excursion to the mountains and barbecue lunch. Light dinner in and question and answer session.

Day 5. Greet the Day. 9.15 Breakfast. Application of Chinese Reflexology and practical session on your tutors. Dinner out.

Day 6. Greet the day. Breakfast walk and visit to caves. 1pm Lunch. 3 - 4 pm evaluation question and answer session. Dinner out.

Day 7. Greet the Day or mountain walk. Clinic day. Finish 4pm. Dinner out.

Emphasis will be on practical application and you will be expected to complete a series of case studies.
