CHINESE METHOD OF REFLEXOLOGY

MASTER CLASS 2

Enjoy, experience and learn the ancient art of Chinese Reflexology in the beautiful surroundings of Alternative Spain in the lovely villa Casa Sonada (Dream Life).

This course is designed for both novices and professional therapists who want to develop their skills in Reflexology. Time is available for quiet meditation in the garden, swimming in the pool and walking in the mountains. During your stay a healthy menu of local food is provided, with visits to selective restaurants to add to your enjoyment.

This week-long learning course holiday, held at our relaxing Spanish mountain retreat, will give you comprehensive insight, practical experience and formal training in the following disciplines:

Theory of Ear Reflexology

Ear Map and Division of the Ear

Examination and reading the Ear

Techniques used and Treatment

Leg Reflexes


Course Itinerary

Day 1. You will be met on arrival, followed by introduction to your tutors and outline of the course. Dinner out.

Day 2. 8.30 Greet the Day exercise. 9.15 Breakfast. 9.45 - 4pm Discussion and question and answer on Chinese Reflexology consultations (1 pm Lunch) Dinner out

Day 3. 8.30 Greet the Day. 9.15 Breakfast 9.45 Leg reflexes 1pm Lunch 3 - 4pm practical application of leg reflexes with foot reflexology. Dinner out

Day 4. 8.30 Greet the Day. 9.15 Breakfast. 9.45 Theory of Ear Reflexology. Excursion to the mountains and BBQ lunch. Light dinner in, evening question and answer session.

Day 5. 8.30 Greet the Day. Application of Ear Reflexology. 1pm Lunch. 3pm Diagnosis and treatment. Dinner out.

Day 6. 8.30 Greet the Day. Breakfast walk and visit to caves. 1pm Lunch. 3pm practical session and ear massage on tutors. Dinner in.

Day 7. 8.30 Greet the day. Breakfast. Clinic day. 1pm Lunch. Course finishes at 4pm. Dinner out.

Emphasis will be on practical application and you will be expected to complete a series of case studies.
